Gerianne de Klerk – van Someren CPsychol — a chartered Occupational Psychologist and the founder of OccPsyence –, Alanah Clark — a Psychologist and Product Manager at Criteria Corp –, Karim Badr — the Senior Research Scientist at SHL— and yours truly, a linguist and the founder of cApStAn Linguistic Quality Control, will share their experience on navigating challenges linked to measuring traits or skills in ways that are valid and reliable across languages, and on using technology with discernment to do so.
